Serenity Got Adopted

Serenity was adopted on July 16th. It was a hard goodbye, but I know she went to a good home where she is going to be loved and spoiled. The really neat thing, the family that adopted Serenity, adopted our very first Foster Tango!

Look at the spoiling and love she is already getting. Serenity didn't have any hesitation leaving with her new family. I was actually holding her back while they got the dog beds ready. :)





I've already received a couple updates and Serenity is doing great in her new home. She has become quite smitten with their daughter Emma. Serenity sneaks off to Emma's bed even before bedtime ready to cuddle. A wonderful and happy ending for sweet Serenity.

Puppy Birthday Party

Pictures from the puppy party! We had so much fun and the dogs had a great time! Sweet Serenity our foster dog at the time got to go too. It was so great to see her come out of her shell.

Puppy birthday gift. Reusable bag, bandana, fleece blanket as tissue paper, and a rope toy as ribbon. Inside, a 'cat' bed and toys. A cat bad you ask? If you follow this blog, you know about Asher's cat bad that he loves and takes with him all over the house. He really felt his biological sister needed a cat bed too. ;)

The details of the party were amazing!!! Sheila and Bo (Morgan and Winston's humans) did such a fantastic job! Puppy decorations, doggie treats, human treats, water pails scattered outside for the doggies, doggie cake, human cake, and games (although we only ended up playing one since us humans got too busy talking while the pups played). Each dog even got a treat bag with homemade treats and a ball.

This is where Asher thought he would attempt to take Avie's piece of cake and would have succeeded if it wasn't for his human's ninja moves. He got the whole piece of cake in one swoop into his mouth, and with one swoop by me, he lost that piece of cake. :)
